Photocopying Services
Library users are allowed to photocopy texts within certain conditions set down by copyright laws. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.
Self-service photocopying
With a magnetic copy card and by using exclusively the photocopy machines located in the Library
Magnetic copy card may be purchased from the Entrance Desk.
On request via online (exclusively journal articles for external users not resident at Rome)
The request has to be sent exclusively online
Photocopies requested are sent by mail to the address indicated by the requester.
On direct request inside the Gregorian
Requests coming from inside the Gregorian can be made by completing the appropriate request form available at the Entrance Desk of the Library.
Ordered photocopies may be picked up in person at the University's Photocopy Office, located in the Main Building, 1st floor, Room C114 (tel. 06 6701 5616) from Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 16:00

It is prohibited to make, or order, photocopies of: entire volumes, volumes printed prior to 1900, rare and precious materials, dictionaries, encyclopedias and lexicons or fragile volumes. |
