Objectives: At the end of the course, students will be able to write and update culturally-sensitive policies beginning from the guidelines written during the previous week.
Content : The difference between guidelines and policies; main elements; relevant information for various target groups (like staff, children, parents), the most accessible language, the involvement of those affected, as well as communication and reinforcement of the content.
Methodology: The course will combine lectures, reading, and seminar discussion, and will focus on a range of selected texts.
Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and a written paper.
It will be indicated at the beginning of the course.
