Objectives: The ethical quality of the management is an important challenge for every commercial company and the persons making decisions on its behalf. It is at the same time a key question for any project management, and the very condition of possibility for an efficient, ethical, and sustainable leadership. "Business Ethics" offers a good opportunity for the students of the Leadership and Management Program to deepen their understanding about the social and organizational relevance of the ethical dimension of business, and its impact on society.

1. Lectures
2. Analysis of short cases and scenarios
3. Reading of parts of books and articles
4. Viewing of documentary films
5. Group work to prepare the tasks assigned
6. Kahoots for consolidating learnings
\li360 Means of evaluation: The course requires a final paper and/or test, where the contents and skills acquired by the student must be reflected, along with the maturity of his judgement in matters of Business Ethics, and his personal conclusions.
