XP2020  COLLABORATIVELY DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING CODES OF CONDUCT (A.Y. 2023/2024)

Objectives: At the end of the course, based on their guidelines and policies written during a previous week , students will be able to write a code of conduct which is culturally sensitive and adapted to their contexts or work places.

Content : Development of codes based on guidelines and policies; introduction of the various groups involved in these codes of conduct; introducing codes of conduct to new staff, etc.; continuous reinforcement of content for all target groups; managing breaches of codes of conduct; confidence to speak out and challenge inappropriate behavior and boundary violations when they are not necessarily abuse.

Methodology: The course will combine lecture, reading, and seminar discussion and will focus on a range of selected texts.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation, written papers, and reflections.
