Objectives: Students will be able to work within their environments and communities to encourage cultural changes that result in safer places for minors and vulnerable people.

  Content: The main safeguarding principles for the creation of safe places; methods for communicating those principles to the communities where the students live or work.

Methodology: The course will combine reading and seminar discussion.
  Means of evaluation:
Evaluation will be based on class participation, and a written paper.
