The Faculty of History and Cultural Heritage of the Church of the Pontifical Gregorian University invites the presentation of proposals for intervention for a study day that intends to reflect on the role of the arts and artists in the context of diplomatic relations which have the Papal Curia as their driving force.

The international congress «Arts and artists in the pontifical diplomacy network between Pius II and Pius XI» will take place at the Pontifical Gregorian University on 15 October 2021.

The proposals for intervention must be sent to the address [email protected] starting from 15 December 2020 and no later than 15 March 2021. The proposals have to be write in the form of an abstract (maximum 2.000 characters), and sent together with a short curriculum vitae and a list of publications.

Contributions can be presented in Italian, English and French. The publication of the Acts is expected.
