Sunday 31 July, the feast of St Ignatius, will mark the end of the Ignatian Year convened to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the wound he sustained during the battle of Pamplona (Spain), forcing him to a long convalescence and inaugurating his conversion.

Fr Arturo Sosa Abascal S.J., Superior General of the Society of Jesus and Vice Grand Chancellor of the Pontifical Gregorian University. will celebrate the Eucharist in the Basilica of Loyola at noon (12:00) Spanish time (GMT+2).
