Specialization in Matrimonial Jurisprudence

Enrolments for the Diploma of Specialization in Matrimonial Jurisprudence in the academic year 2021-2022 are now open.

In the context of the local ecclesiastical courts - following the issuing of new procedural norms - it has been necessary to provide for the operators called upon to intervene in the various phases of the process of matrimonial nullity to have an adequate, up-to-date and appropriate preparation in order to be able to deal with the numerous cases that arise in this field.

The Diploma of Specialization in Matrimonial Jurisprudence intends to facilitate the preparation, updating and training of those who work or will begin to work in this field at different levels, with a thorough, serious and rigorous analysis of the current rules, doctrine and jurisprudence.

The maximum number of students admitted to the Diploma is fourteen. Applications should be addressed to the Director of the Programmeand emailed to the Secretariat of the Faculty of Canon Law by May 30th.
