Tra labirinti e biblioteche - Esercizi Spirituali di Ignazio di Loyola

Rossano Zas Friz De Col s.j.

"The term spiritual exercises refers to all forms of examination of conscience, meditation, contemplation, vocal and mental prayer, and other spiritual activities, as will be said later. In fact, just as walking and running are bodily exercises, so spiritual exercises are called the different ways of preparing and disposing the soul to be free of all disordered affections and, after eliminating them, to seek and find the will of God in the organization of one' s life with regard to the salvation of the soul".

Thus begins the text of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola. On Tuesday Rossano Zas Friz De Col, Ordinary Professor of the Institute of Spirituality, will tell us about them.
