At the beginning of each Academic Year the Library disseminates some statistical data on users, services and patrimony. The data taken into consideration refer to the period 1 September – 31 August of each year.
Users
The survey system considers univocal the entry of the single user even if repeated several times during the same day.

Services
Volumes handled in the A.Y. 2018-2019, divided between volumes requested and volumes actually delivered to users; the difference between the two values concerns the volumes for which a preliminary treatment was necessary (e.g. for bad state of preservation, for illegible label, for ambiguous location, etc.).

Patrimony
Note: the service is reserved to the Teaching Staff of the Pontifical Gregorian University and to the Acquisitions Section of the Library.
Distribution by source of the suggestions for acquisitions presented in the A.A. 2018-2019. Suggestions presented by individual scholars to the Library Management and evaluated positively are put in the “Other” category; no requests were received from the San Pietro Favre Center, the Alberto Hurtado Center, the Center for Child Protection and the Ignatian Spirituality Center, while requests from the Institute of Psychology and from the Inter-religious Studies Center are reported with zero percentages as they are not statistically relevant.
