Electronic Resources

All electronic resources are accessible within the University Network either by institutional users (professors, students, technical-administrative staff) or by external users temporarily admitted to Library services. In the various reading rooms, there are 9 PC workstations available.
According to the specific licenses of use, remote access is possible only for some resources, through the institutional credentials provided by the Registrar's Office and thanks to the OpenAthens service; external users who have an annual card can request the credentials by contacting the Electronic Resources Section.

All Library electronic resources are catalogued and accessible directly through the catalogue. The Library offers numerous resources on CD-ROM, DVD, pen-drive, e-books, electronic periodicals and databases.

All electronic resources acquired and catalogued by the Library, along with a selection of open access resources considered to be particularly relevant, are also accessible through the DigiPoint platform, sorted by type and searchable by title or by discipline.

Electronic Periodicals

The catalogue includes electronic periodicals for which the Library has made a direct subscription. Access to the entire collection of electronic periodicals, including titles available through databases, along with a selection of open access publications, is done through the Full Text Finder virtual catalogue, where it is possible to search for periodicals by title, ISSN or subject. For each link it is specified the source that hosts the content (database, platform or other) and the coverage (accessible years).

User Education

Each Semester the Library offers training sessions on electronic resources and it is also available to arrange targeted meetings upon request by contacting the Management.
