The courses will take place both at the University and online. The courses are held in collaboration with the Centro Studi Cassia, and are aimed at helping students acquire a language proficiency sufficient to participate in day-today university activities and academic lessons. The registration form must be submitted both for classes held at the university and for online ones.
Participation in the in-person Italian language courses takes place in the classrooms of the Pontifical Gregorian University. The attendance for each course is structured based on the overall hourly duration.
Duration: 80 hours - Registration until May 17 2024
Duration: 80 hours - Registration until June 21 2024
Duration: 100 hours - Registration until August 19 2024
The online Italian language course will take place from Monday to Friday, either in the morning or in the afternoon, considering the time zones of the students' home countries. It is especially recommended for those planning to come and study in Italy with no prior knowledge of Italian. It's beneficial for getting started with Italian studies and achieving a B1 level more easily
Duration: 60 hours - Registration until June 28 2024
Online course will be conducted live via Zoom with our teachers, and include a digital coursebook and additional teaching material provided during the course. The students' progress will be closely monitored with weekly tests and a final test following which they will be awarded a certificate of attendance.
Students who have some previous knowledge of the language will be required to take an online entrance test to assess their proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
