Objectives: Students will be able to define spiritual abuse and abuse of conscience (when and how it occurs). They will be able to recognize the dynamics that lead to these types of abuse.

Content : The difference and relationship between spiritual abuse and abuse of conscience; risk assessment taking into account various cultural realities; prevention of spiritual abuse.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, reading, and seminar discussion and will focus on a range of selected texts.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation, written papers, and reflections.
