Diploma for Formators to the Priesthood and to Consecrated Life

Ordinary students

The courses to attain the Diploma for Formators to the Priesthood and Consecrated Life take place in two semesters for a total of 60 ECTS divided in five days a week.

Program for the Diploma:

  • It consists of required and elective courses, seminars, visits to some dicasteries of the Holy See, seminaries and colleges, guided experiences of spiritual and vocational accompaniment, and teamwork.
  • All required and elective courses offered by the Centre belong to the area of spiritual theology, anthropology, psychology, of canon law and of Ignatian pedagogy according to a proper proportion.


Those who, while following the curriculum related to cycle of the Diploma for Formators to the Priesthood, do not have the requirements to obtain an academic degree and do not aspire to obtaining it.


Those who only enroll in some courses, with the option to take the exams. It will be possible to accept a limited number of people as guests with prior consent of the Director of the Centre.
