The Liber Annualis traces the Academic Year through the inaugural address of the Rector, and the academic and administrative annual reports, prepared by the heads of the individual units.

The Liber Annualis briefly presents the history of the University, its structure and the academic authorities, as well as the number of students from 1829 onwards, up to the student statistics of the presented academic year.

Finally, it reports the Alumni who were created cardinals or elevated to episcopal dignity, and remember with gratitude the deceased Professors.
