Third mission

Beyond the work of teaching and research, the University has a third mission characterized by engagement outside the academic environment. Without in any way reducing the priority commitment to teaching and research, this mission represents the University's aspiration to always proceed in a healthy dialogue with the world to better read the signs of the times and respond effectively and responsibly.
