Objectives: The purpose of this seminar is 1) to learn from the experienced leaders and managers, and 2) to facilitate interaction withimportant agents in Roman ecclesial and civil society communities.

Contents: Various ecclesial leaders will be invited as guest speakers to present salient aspects of their experience and explain the lessons which they consider important for future leaders to learn.

Methodology: Between eight and ten sessions will be organized in the course of the academic year. Students will receive the program of each session in advance. They will do the assigned homework in preparation of the session and will participate in the discussion.

Means of evaluation: Active participation during sessions; Short response papers.
