International Students Office

The International Students Office, present from the Academy Year 2003-2004 at the service of the University Community, finds a remarkable and constant attendance of students from all over the world.

The International Students Office:

provides information on the necessary requirements for the request for obligatory administrative practices of authorities in charge by providing addresses, opening hours and application forms;
guarantees a continuous update on the Italian immigration legislation by partecipating in specific training courses, events and conferences;

maintains constant contacts with governmental institutions and workers in the social sector active in the field of immigration;

Main services of the International Students Office

The International Students Office provides students with a service of orientation, information and assistance in filling in the forms for the fulfilment of their requests:

1. Entry Visa

This is a mandatory requirement for study or religious purposes. This kind of Visa can be requested exclusively at the Italian Consulate Abroad.

The Pre-registration certificate must be endorsed by the Italian Consular Office when the visa is issued.

2. Residency Permit

This is an obligatory document. The requests for this document must be forwarded to the Police Headquarters via the Post Office within eight days of arrival in Italy.

3. Integration agreement

5. National Health Service (SSN)

6. Electronic Identity Card
