The Licentiate in Leadership and Management

Major areas of study include: Management (real estate, human resources, talent, projects, nonprofits...); Spirituality and leadership; Accounting; Strategy, marketing, communication; Business ethics, Social Doctrine of the Church and aspects of canon law; Research methods and data analysis.
The License in Leadership and Management lasts two years and includes six quarterly modules (10-12 weeks / 4 courses of 20-24 hours each), for a total of 120 ECTS. The courses are taught in English.
