Objectives: At the end of the course, students will be able to define the main principles and elements of professional behavior; they will be able to listen to victims, to recognize the role of each specialist, to select personnel, to maintain proper boundaries in safeguarding work.

Content : Listening to victims; roles, limitations, and responsibilities of professionals; proper boundaries; recordkeeping; safe recruitment process.

Methodology: The course will combine lectures, reading, and seminar discussion and will focus on a range of selected texts.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and a written paper.
