Per una nuova agenda su migrazioni, pace e futuro comune

The Pontifical Gregorian University - Faculty of Social Sciences and Centro Astalli, the Italian branch of the Jesuit Refugee Service, propose the training course: "Wounded Europe - Towards a new agenda on migration, peace and a common future".

"Europe will be shaped by its crises and will be the sum of the solutions found to resolve them", said Jean Monnet, one of the founding fathers of the European Union, prophetically.

While Russia's aggression against Ukraine shatters the illusion of pax europea, Europe is rediscovering its capacity for solidarity and welcome, opening its doors to millions of refugees.

We are at a watershed in history. What challenges lie ahead? How can peace be restored and maintained in Europe? Will we finally be able to build with migrants a common European space of rights and possibilities? Will we finally be able to build with migrants a common European space of rights and possibilities?

The meetings will be held at the Aula Magna of the Pontifical Gregorian University, in Piazza della Pilotta 4 - Rome, on Wednesday 11, 18 and 25 May, from 17:00 to 18:30.
