Islam e Cristianesimo Ortodosso in Russia tra convivenza e islamofobia

Islam is the second religion of the Russian Federation in terms of number of believers and, in the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, it is a fundamental element of Russian society. Although the coexistence between Muslims and Orthodox Christians is guaranteed by law, the Russian Federation is not exempt from episodes of Islamophobia increased due to the terrorist attacks that have affected the entire Russian territory since the 1990s. The aim of this forum is to learn about the process of Islamization that has affected the territory that today corresponds to the Russian Federation and the contemporary dialogue / confrontation between Islam and Orthodox Christianity inserted within the clash that the world is having with international terrorism and jihadist propaganda.
