"Leadership femminile nelle comunità religiose: contributi e prospettive"

Forum del Centro Studi Interreligiosi della Gregoriana a.a. 2021-2022

Religions are, of course, seen as systems for the preservation of traditions, but in history they have also been a source of renewal and social change. What is the role of women in these systems? Starting from their position within religions and how they can be drivers of change themselves, we will reflect on women's leadership in relation to their communities and religious traditions, how women are central to community management, and the question of ritual management. Moreover, together we will try to answer the question: what are the real problems related to the combination of women's empowerment and religions?
