OBBEDIRE ALLA REGOLA, REGOLARE L'OBBEDIENZA

The second meeting of the "Archives Workshops" will take place on May 27. With the occasion of the enhancement process of the F.C. 1000 codex, Prof. Sabino Cassese has been invited to illustrate the relationship between obedience and observance.

In the afternoon in the specialized seminar, the discussion around the recently restored document will be opened. One of the oldest sources preserved in the University archives, it contains an unpublished miscellany of manuscript and printed texts. Made in the circle of San Francisco Borgia, it documents the slow gestation that would lead to the publication of a whole series of normative apparatuses that characterized the Society of Jesus.
