Pardon?

Talking to understand and heal the wounds of victims of sexual abuse.

The Institute of Anthropology (IADC), in association with the Institut Français Centre Saint-Louis of Rome and with the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, are pleased to present “Pardon?”, an autobiographical play written by author and actor, Laurent Martinez. 

The theatrical performance provides a unique opportunity for survivors to share their stories of suffering through art. 

Drawing from his own personal experience of abuse, Mr. Martinez brings to life the many harrowing daily consequences suffered by victims and survivors, including the challenges of healing and of building meaningful relationships with others.

The play will be followed by a question and answer session with Mr. Martinez, and the other actors, including Alexandra Massamiri, Jean-Philippe Renauld, Carmen Vadillo and Olivier Wendell-Douglas.
