The Institute of Spirituality in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Albania to the Holy See intends to commemorate the 23rd of October 1997, when Archbishop Henry D'Souza, presented the request to the Congregation for the Cause of Saints for the dispensation of the rule of having to wait five years after death to be able to begin the Diocesan inquiry into the Life, Virtue and reputation of Holiness of Mother Teresa.
