GROUP REFLECTION AND INTEGRATION (A.Y. 2023/2024)
Objectives : The seminar aims to promote personal integration on various levels: the learnings in the courses of the Renewal Program; their significance in the light of past missionary or apostolic experience of the student; directions and orientations for the student’s future mission.
Contents: The participants of the Renewal Program for Missionaries will be divided into sub-groups, each sub-group under the guidance of a group mentor. Initial sessions will focus on introductions of the participants and their past missionary experience. Subsequently, reflection on the most important learnings, questions, challenges of the week will be taken up. The final sessions will focus on the implications for future ministry and mission of the students.
Methodology: Each week, the subgroup will meet under the guidance of their mentor, who will facilitate sharing and conversation on the proposed focus for the week.
Means of evaluation: The quality of the participation of the student in the weekly shared reflection will be the basis for the final grade.
