Diploma of Specialization in Matrimonial Jurisprudence

In the context of the local ecclesiastical courts, for many years now and in particular following the issuing of new procedural norms, it has been necessary to provide for the operators called upon to intervene in the various phases of the process of matrimonial nullity to have an adequate, up-to-date and appropriate preparation in order to be able to deal with the numerous cases that arise in this field. The Diploma of Specialization in Matrimonial Jurisprudence, with its Seminars and Courses, intends to facilitate the preparation, updating and training of those who work or will begin to work in this field at different levels, with a thorough, serious and rigorous analysis of the current rules, doctrine and jurisprudence.

Diploma of Specialization in Penal Jurisprudence

The Diploma of Specialisation in Penal Jurisprudence intends to explore in depth the major issues of penal law, in order to acquaint the student with all of the elements present in penal cases, as well as legislation outside of the Code of Canon Law, and the practice of the different roles within the penal process. Thus, it builds on theoretical knowledge of the norms by giving the students a mindset which enables them to put into practice in a penal trial the principles which govern the substantive penal norms. The quality of teaching is guaranteed by the experience in the different courts and Dicasteries of the teachers involved as well as by their academic excellence
