The service allows professors to make selected books directly accessible to their students when indicated as part of a bibliography of their course. These books are placed in the Course Reserves Room and are available for the entire semester.

Books already available in the reading rooms, periodicals, and ancient and rare books are excluded from this service.

The bibliographies of each course are available on the respective web page and can be searched through the Course Archive web page.
