Objectives: At the end of the course, the students will be able to recognize and deal with the main elements of a dysfunctional institution, in relation to the Church, NGOs, and educational systems.

Content : Dealing with irritated systems; dysfunctional institutions, institutional cultures that lack integrity, traumatized institutions; steps to take to deal with and change irritated systems will be suggested.
Methodology: The course will combine lectures, reading, and seminar discussion, and will focus on a range of selected texts.

Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation, written papers, and reflections.
