  Objectives: Students will be able to assess the effectiveness of safeguarding measures in the light of the victim-first approach.

  Content: Evaluation of safeguarding measures and projects; best practices and approaches to assess the effectiveness of safeguarding measures.

  Methodology: The course will combine reading and seminar discussion.
  Means of evaluation: Evaluation will be based on class participation and a written paper.
