The Doctorate allows students to develop the necessary skills to carry out research activities, to plan and conduct experiences of enhancement of the Cultural Heritage of the Church in the academic, cultural and pastoral fields and to hold teaching positions.

Admission

To access the Doctorate the following requirements are required:

  • The Licentiate in Cultural Heritage of the Church, earned at this Faculty or a Licentiate (Master's Degree) in the chosen specialization or an equivalent title. In the latter cases, the student must integrate the study plan with the courses of the previous cycles deemed necessary;
  • License final average grade that corresponds at least to the qualification of magna cum laude;
  • proven knowledge of Italian language and the ability to understand texts written in at least one of the following languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese. This will be checked at the time of registration.
